General Terms & Conditions for the DNC2020 (UNU-FLORES)

Rules when using the DNC2020 website (UNU-FLORES)

Terms of Participation at DNC2020 Conference (Registration and Documentation)

Terms of Participation at DNC2020

1. Preamble

The Dresden Nexus Conference 2020 will take place from 3rd to 5th June 2020 in Dresden, Germany. The
conference is organized by United Nation University´s Institute for Integrated Management of Material
Fluxes and of Resources (UNU-FLORES), Technische Universität Dresden School of Civil and
Environmental Engineering (TUD) and Leibniz Institute of Ecological Urban and Regional Development
(IOER). The payment is handed over from the organizers to CONVERIA Lombego Systems GmbH.

2. Payment

Payment has to be done within 28 day after registration. The incoming payment must be received in the account at the latest by 3rd of May 2020.

3. Cancellation

Cancellation of conference participation or nomination of substitutes have to be done in written form
by email to dnc2020@ioer.de.
Changes or cancellation regarding evening events can be executed via the registration website.
Excursions are excluded from cancellation options.
Cancellation fees for conference participation will be charged as follows:

4. Data Protection

According to the laws of § 4 under the Federal Data Protection Act the organizing institutes (see 1.)
declare that the data collection on the registration website is done solely as means of the event
organization. The collected data will not be passed onto a third party.

5. Photograph/Film Submission

During the conference photographs and film will be taken to document the event, its atmosphere and
important statements. This material will be stored and partly published to communicate and to promote
the DNC activities.
